Fisher Island Main Marina

Services included the planning, permitting, design and construction administration for the 99-slip Fisher Island Marina located on Fisher Island in Miami. Work included dredging of a 9-acre upland marina basin and various dredging of state owned submerged land.

Fisher Island Vanderbilt Marina

Services included the planning, permitting, design and contruction administration for a 25 slip visitor docking facility located on Fisher Island in Miami. Design elements included a 1,500 linear foot offshore breakwater and walkway plus docks with electric power, telephone, lighting, potable water and fire protection.

Fisher Island Mainland Ferry Dock Facility

Services included the planning, permitting, design and construction administration for 350 linear feet of steel sheet pile seawall and a 18,000 square foot platform located along the MacArthur Causeway and the shoreline of Government Cut in Miami Beach. Design elements consisted of a post tensioned concrete platform with supporting piles, beams, wingwall dolphins, mooring dolphins, hoisting mechanism and moveable steel ramp.

Haulover Park & Marina Expansion II

Services included Phase II of a major renovation and expansion of the marina and support facilities at this County owned and operated facility located adjacent to Haulover Inlet.  The scope of the project included dredging of about 40,000 cubic yards of bay bottom; about 350 linear feet of new seawall; new marginal docks to accommodate about 35 commercial fishing boats; new piers to accommodate 100+ boats; utility services including water, fire protection, electric and lighting; about 100 spaces of new parking; driveway and parking modifications; drainage upgrades; new site and parking lighting; and, landscape improvements.

Atlantis II Marina

Services included the prepararion of construction drawings and specifications; and, provided construction administration services for this mega yacht marina located at the Atlantis Resort at Paradise Island in the Bahamas. The project included over 5,000 linear feet of seawall and docking facilities for 66 boats between 75 and 200 feet in length. As a member of the design/build team, work began in February 1998 and the marina was completed for the project's Grand Opening in December, 1998.

Cocoplum Marina

Services included the design and construction administration for a 176 slip marina located within the Cocoplum development in the City of Coral Gables. Design elements included seawall and riprap shoreline stabilization, docks with electric power, telephone, cable television, potable water, fire protection system and lighting.
